Return Conditions

  • Unused Products: The product(s) must be unused and returned in their original undamaged packaging. 
  • Original Packaging: The product(s) should be returned in its original packaging to protect it during shipping.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with your return.

Exchange Conditions

  • Unused Products: The product(s) must be unused and still sealed in its original packaging.
  • Original Packaging: The product(s) should be returned in its original packaging to protect it during shipping.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt with your return.
  • Availability: The item you wish to exchange for must be in stock.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email help@senslysoap.com to initiate the return or exchange process.
  2. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.  
  3. Refund or Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method or send you the replacement item. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement or for the replacement item to arrive.

Exceptions

  • Sale Items: Sale items are typically final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sample Boxes: Due to the custom nature of the Sample Boxes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges at this time.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping Errors: If we shipped you the wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and that you have taken necessary precautions to protect your package.
